    Yes, you can upgrade plans any time.

  • Do you offer trials?

    Yes, under the Flip SaaS Free plan, you can use Flip to generate up to 25 RCAs for free every month.

  • What if we need help setting up?

    We offer self-service onboarding for Flip SaaS Free and Flip SaaS Pro. Onboarding is simple and just takes a few minutes. If you have any questions after giving it a try, please reach out to us at help@flip.ai.

  • Is there an enterprise SLA?

    Flip AI uses commercially reasonable efforts to make Flip SaaS Free and Flip SaaS Pro available 90% of the time in any calendar month, except for: (i) planned downtime (of which Flip AI shall give advance electronic notice), and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Flip AI's reasonable control, including, for example, an act of God, act of government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem (other than one involving Flip AI's employees), Internet service provider failure or delay, Flip AI Application, or denial of service attack.

  • What’s the billing model?

    Flip SaaS Free is available at no cost and therefore has no monthly payments. You can cancel or upgrade anytime.

    Flip SaaS Pro subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days to the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Failed payments may result in suspension of service, and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. A receipt will be sent by email after each successful payment.
