Flip was founded by engineers who lived the chaos of on-call life — carrying the pager at AWS, Meta, and mission-critical environments like the Pentagon. After years of sifting through floods of telemetry and noise during incidents, they realized the missing piece wasn’t more tooling — it was explainable, human-centered context. Flip was created to assist SREs by learning from your systems, understanding what matters, and earning your trust.
